Lonmin Plc (the "Company") announcesthat it has been advised by Peter Godsoe, a Non-executive Director, that after eight years of service he does not intend to seek re-election to the Board when his current term of office expires at the Company’s AGM on 28 January 2010. Mr Godsoe will therefore retire from the Board at the conclusion of that meeting.
